*The cost of £349 applies to the Boutique Whitening full kit - 4 x 3ml, at home teeth-whitening treatment and does not apply to any other whitening products available at the practice. Cost includes an initial consultation, custom-made whitening trays, whitening gel and a post-treatment appointment. Teeth whitening treatment is for over 18s only and patients must be dentally fit with a recent dental health check-up. Any dental health check-up and/or treatment required to make a patient dentally fit will be charged at an additional cost. Please note that the practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. The practice reserves the right to withdraw or change this product at this price from time to time. *New patient appointments are available for an introductory price of £62.00, reduced from the standard price of £79.00. This is only available between 02/07/2026 and 04/09/2026. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 04/09/2026. This offer is open to all individuals who are new patients at Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic. The appointment includes a new patient dental check-up and up to 2 X-rays, subject to the treating clinician’s absolute discretion, determining whether X-rays are required. Any additional X-rays or treatments are not included and will be charged separately, unless agreed in writing with the patient. The reduced price will not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. This is an introductory price point, and existing patient fees will apply for future appointments. All other sales are final. Appointments are subject to availability. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with any required treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable will be charged at an additional cost. In the event that Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment under this pricing, Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic will use reasonable efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the dental check up. If any treatments are required following a dental check-up, Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. We may update these conditions from time to time. We will communicate material changes clearly and in advance, where practicable. If any part of these conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
