Rebeca qualified as a dentist in 2012 from the School of Dentistry at Cardiff University. She completed her foundation training in Swansea and has continued to practise in the Swansea and South Wales area for more than ten years. She joined the Freeman & Rosser team in October 2022.
Alongside her clinical work, Rebeca is an educational supervisor on the Wales Dental Foundation Training Programme, a role that involves supporting and guiding newly qualified dental practitioners as they begin their careers.
Rebeca provides a full range of routine dental care and aims to create a calm and approachable environment for her patients. She has an interest in cosmetic adhesive dentistry, including tooth whitening, composite bonding and clear aligner treatments, and continues to broaden her skills through ongoing professional development.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, walking, and nature photography.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Smilers – Clear Aligner Treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Smilers – Clear Aligner Treatment will be charged at an additional cost. The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Smilers – Clear Aligner Treatment. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr Rebeca Herbert only.
In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment. For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The whitening course of treatment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Dr Rebeca Herbert is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The whitening course of treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. Freeman & Rosser Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
